We offer three types of payment for preschool tuition
2024-2025 TUITION
2 Days per week class monthly tuition = $190
3 Days per week class monthly tuition = $230
Registration fee = $80
Pay Online Via Stripe
Unfortunately, there is no "free" way to pay online via convenient online portals; nevertheless, if you do not mind paying a small fee, you are welcome to pay via Stripe. In fact, it is our preferred method since you can set up automatic payment for the entire year and it often makes parents feel less stressed knowing they do not have to remember to write a check each month. The fee for Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or debit cards is 2.9% + $0.30 and breaks down as the following:
2 Days per week monthly tuition = $190 + $5.81 = $195.81
3 Days per week monthly tuition = $230 + $6.97 = $236.97
Registration fee = $80 + $2.62 = $82.62
Write a Check
Write a check by the 5th of each month and place it inside the tuition lock box on the shelf inside of the preschool door.
*If you chose this option, please make sure to write your child's name is the sub-note so that we know who the tuition payment is assigned to as well as writing the check to BELLINGHAM COVENANT PRESCHOOL (Please do not make it out to Bellingham Covenant Church).
Utilize Bill Pay
Utilize Bill Pay on your banks online banking portal and add Bellingham Covenant Preschool as a payee. All major banks will offer to mail us a check on your behalf free of charge once you add us to your online Bill Pay account. All you need is our name and address: Bellingham Covenant Preschool - 1530 East Bakerview Road, Bellingham, WA, 98226.
